OAB synchronization doesn't work after updating Exchange 2010 SP2 to rollup 4

After updating Exchange 2010 SP2 to Rollup Update 4 you might get stuck in your Outlook while downloading OAB from Exchange server.

Check if Authenticated users have Read permission on OAB folder on Client Access server.

Path is usually: Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\OAB
